Shipping & Returns

This policy applies to all purchases from the Official NRL Collection by Nathan Jewellers — including Clubmaster™ and MatchTimer watches, team watch bands and accessories — sold by Kesar P/L ATF The N&L Gupta Family Trust, trading as Nathan Jewellers (ABN 60 540 570 658).

Shipping

Domestic (Australia)

All NRL Collection orders are shipped via insured, tracked courier. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch. Express options are available at checkout. A flat shipping rate applies to watch bands and accessories; free express shipping applies to Clubmaster™ watches and orders over $300 where stated on the product page.

Pre-Order & Upcoming Releases

Pre-order items ship from the date stated on the product page (for example, MatchTimer pre-orders ship from mid-November 2026). If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are available, unless we advise otherwise. Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may change; we will notify you of any material change.

International

We ship internationally via insured courier. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days). Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Insurance & Packaging

All shipments are fully insured during transit. Watches are packaged in official Nathan Jewellers × NRL presentation packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Stock Items

Unused, unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags, protective films and packaging intact.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the standard returns policy above applies.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. All NRL watches are covered by the Nathan Jewellers warranty — register your watch at nathanjewellers.com.au/nrl/warranty to activate aftercare support.

How to Initiate a Return

Your Rights & Legal Information

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Pricing & GST

All prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST. The total price, including any shipping charge, is confirmed at checkout before payment.

Pre-Order Terms

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of order to reserve your item. Stated ship dates are estimates in good faith; if a date changes materially you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Upcoming models marked "awaiting NRL final approval" are registration-of-interest only — no payment is taken and no order is created until the product is officially released.

Product Imagery & Availability

Product images are provided for illustration; minor variations in colour and finish may occur. All items are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities per customer. If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Official Licensed Product

The Official NRL Collection is produced by Nathan Jewellers under licence from the National Rugby League. NRL and club names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence.
