Nathan Jewellers is a trading name of Kesar P/L ATF The N&L Gupta Family Trust (ABN 60 540 570 658), operating from Shop G.05A, 453 Captain Cook Dr, Woolooware Bay NSW 2230, Australia. By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Services

All jewellery items are handcrafted and may have minor natural variations. Images are representative; actual colours and textures may differ slightly. Custom and bespoke pieces are made to order and are non-refundable once production has commenced.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required in full before dispatch of goods or commencement of services.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders are confirmed via email. Standard stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, logos and trademarks — is the property of Nathan Jewellers or its licensors. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Nathan Jewellers' liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
