Shipping

Domestic (Australia)

All orders are shipped via insured, tracked courier. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $500.

International

We ship internationally via insured courier. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days). Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Insurance & Packaging

All shipments are fully insured during transit. Items are packaged in our signature Nathan Jewellers presentation boxes to ensure safe and elegant delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Stock Items

Unused, unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Custom & Bespoke Pieces

Custom-made, engraved, or bespoke jewellery is made to your specifications and is non-refundable. We strongly encourage reviewing all design approvals carefully before production begins.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
